Storyland Station- Changing Stories. Transforming Lives.

Fulfilled Now

Magnificent!

Hey…it’s Tasch. :)

I know… I promised a post a week! Wow, how time flies!

Last time, our assignment included identifying 3 specific emotions we wanted to experience in our daily lives that would make us feel alive and fulfilled. Did you come up with a few ideas? Did you come up with some pictures and a list of things that would encourage this emotional state of being to manifest itself in any given situation? For me, feelings of peace, joy and love are at the top of the list. There are many more sub-categogies that I associate with these three main emotional states—but these are at the top of the list.

How do I cultivate peace? Prayer, reflection, gratitude,  silence, forgiveness and solitude.

Joy? —by doing what I love and loving what I do…Joy comes from within. It comes from loving what is and who is. My connection with higher source brings Joy in the midst of sorrow. There are ways to create physical environments, circumstances and frameworks that encourage more joy on a consistent basis. It comes from within, but can be cultivated both ways. I’m in the process of building an emotional and environmental landscape that allows Joy to flourish and thrive!

Foundation work can get pretty tedious, overwhelming and downright difficult, but the end result will be something pretty MAGNIFICENT! I appreciate moments of joy in my life.  I’m overwhelmed right now…lol…but I really do appreciate the springs of joy that flow from the heart. It keeps me in the flow.

Love? Spiritual…I have zero capacity to love or generate love on my own. It has everything to do with my connection with Spirit. I must pray, reflect, connect, read, consider. When I attempt to do anything on my own strength, I fail miserably in manifesting love. When I am grounded in Spirit, I can see so many things through the eyes of love—from the deplorable to the mundane to the MAGNIFICENT! Love is God and God is Love. Without it, life has no meaning.

Speaking of peace, joy and love, I wanted to share this amazing video of Yosemite National Park. The beauty of God’s creation always amazes me! One of my dreams is to travel throughout the United States and visit all of the National Parks one by one. I want to saturate myself in nature by going into the wild and dancing to the song of the wind!

Think about 3 things you want to build, experience or participate in within the next 12 months (on a regular basis) that would provide a foundation that cultivates the emotional states you put on your list a couple of weeks ago. These three things should include stuff you love to do, perspectives or qualities you would like to develop and/or amazing things you can create that will make your inner/outer world a better place in which to live.

Below each thing, select 3 different ways they can be incorporated or drawn into your life. Be creative. Be extraordinary. Why? Because you are. ;)

Did I mention I was overwhelmed?!? Overwhelm is an emotion that can lead to outstanding levels of productivity if you channel it correctly. I haven’t gotten that far, but I’m on my way…lol.

Enjoy the video and I’ll see you in a couple of weeks!

Warm hugs,

Tasch
